Our older Coleman furnace was beginning to need service. It stopped on us and we call RightNow. They were very prompt in resolving our heat problem and gave us a discount for setting up an appointment with a salesman for a new furnace as we were told the circuit board on the old furnace was heating up and would eventually need replacing. With new parts for the old furnace our cost would come to over $1000. When the salesman came he sold us a new 80% efficient furnace that had warranties good for ten years ,or so we were told. Installation of the new furnace and disposal of the old furnace happened within a week. The installers had some trouble installing the new furnace in the cramped space available in our trailer. They bent a corner of the new furnace while installing it. I was not concerned about the cosmetic appearance of the furnace inside the closet it fit in. What did concern me was the amount of noise that it made when it first starts up just before the fan starts blowing. I was told that this was the igniter and that it was taking three attempts to light the furnace whenever it needed lighting. The igniter was producing three loud click,click,clicks every time the furnace lit. I mentioned this in the initial survey. My wife contacted the company and a serviceman came out and examined the furnace. We were told that some of this noise was to be expected but that the serviceman would contact the company to see if this part could be Warrantied/replaced. We were contacted by lady who was following up our survey and I told her this story. She said she would contact the serviceman and see what was to be done. As of this date 1-5-17 we have not heard from RightNow as to what they were going to do about the noise. The noise sounds as if a solenoid is slamming shut too hard. It resembles someone opening and then closing one of our doors. During the middle of the night this is annoying and scary for my wife. During the day the loud click,click,click interrupts my television watching a little, I have to turn the sound up or wish that I had when the furnace starts. We have not recieved a monthly bill yet for the gas or electricity so I do not know at this time whether the new furnace is actually saving us any money on utility bills yet. In summary I will say that we are not yet satisfied with our new furnace and are wondering if we made a wise choice. Please prove me wrong. Thanks, Michael Bruesch

We purchased furnace and air conditioning units from Right Now about two years ago. In November 2016 we had Right Now come in and do the annual maintenance on it, about a day after the maintenance we had to call them back because the heat was not working (had never had problems before the service call), the service person got the heat going, that same evening the heat was not working again, so a service call was made again, and again they got it working. The furnace worked the second time for a few hours I believe, then we had to contact them again in the late evening for a third time and were informed that no one could come out until the next day. After explaining to them that no, they would come out immediately because I had my five year old grandson in the house and needed the heat working, they did send someone out a couple of hours later. Now a month and a half later the heat is not working again and my husband calls Right Now and they send a service individual out, who says it is the filter. My husband explains that they were here in mid November for a service call and the filters were replaced then, the service man tells my husband with the weather as cold as it is, the filters get dirty and sometimes need replaced sooner (filters are also purchased from Right Now). My husband changes the filters and again four days after the service man is here the furnace is not working!!! This is very frustrating, we paid for a new furnace, air conditioner and since the last service have had nothing but problems with our furnace. I would think twice before purchasing anything from Right Now again!!! Katherine M. Hernande

I had three different estimates done before I chose Right Now. They came in right in line with the other two estimates and we went with them. RightNow offers same day service and they also provide excellent financing options. They also include numerous professional standards that their company must meet as part of the contract. Many of these are warranty items that were better than most competitors. They also included several standards that their employees are expected to meet during the install, and all of the employees did meet them. We also had another issue with our fireplace insert that they looked at while they were here and discovered and fixed the issue. A previous company stated that we would need a new fireplace insert installed. Every step of the process has been done with complete professionalism and accuracy. From the initial visit for the estimate, through the programming of the thermostat and turning on our system. I highly recommend RightNow if you are looking for any heater/AC work.

My family were very pleased with Gary, Justin and Justin for helping us with our heating, cooling, and water heater needs. We needed a larger furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. We did not think it was possible to afford all three but Gary worked his magic and we were able to finance all. Gary took care of everything, including scheduling the electrician and the city inspector. Justin and Justin came out to do our appliance install and it took all day. Did I mention it was on a Saturday? They were professional and were considerate about keeping our house clean and our pets contained. That is no easy feat with two cats and two dogs that love the outdoors! Justin and Justin had great attitudes and stayed late in the evening to explain our new appliances and listen to our questions. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their appliances and create a more comfortable home environment. Thanks Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning!

This is for my mom (Ginny Rucker) who had an air conditioner installed October 2016. The initial call and quote process was great! The cooling coils and compressor installation went as planned. The electrical hook-up appears to be sufficient. We are looking forward to using the air conditioner this coming summer (2017). Also purchased a furnace several (~3 yrs) years ago which initially was great but ran into difficulties in the winter. The technicians were fantastic to solve the problem which turned out to be the condensate removal line. This line had a low spot in it which froze during cold weather. The first couple of visits this problem was not discovered (as it was intermittent) due to the line thawing after the technician arrived. After several house visits, all very pleasant with this difficult problem, the low spot was discovered and remedied!

We have used Right Now for the past several years for tune ups on our heating and AC unit and to install a new water heater. After our inspection on Friday, they had to send out another tech, Jeff H. to confirm an issue detected with our furnace/cooling unit. After he inspected it, we received the unfortunate news that we would have to replace the furnace. He worked very hard and helped us to get what we needed. Jeff was polite, respectful and had a great sense of humor. He made the painful process of filling out & getting a credit approval so much less stressful. PLUS - on a holiday weekend they will be out to install the new system. They take great pride in their work and treat customers with great respect. I will continue to use and recommend Right Now Heating and Air to my family and friends. Thank you Jeff H. and Right Now Heating and Air!!!

Last Thursday my mother in laws furnace went out. It was purchased from Right Now in Oct 2015. She called because you are suppose to be 24/7 service. She was told that someone could not come out until 9 am Friday. She was told she could go buy some space heaters and was expected to go over night without a furnace. Who tells a 60+ year old women to go buy some space heaters??? I am so disgusted with this company and how they treat people. You are only a "priority" if there is a chance you will purchase a unit. Once you own the unit good luck getting any service from them! And just so everyone is aware she called another company and a gentlemen was out within 20 minutes, said they have been working triple time to make sure everyone is taken care of. Maybe Right Now needs to increase their staff or stop claiming to have same day service!

Right Now Heating and Air was a great company to have come and clean out our vents, add insulation in our attic space and also add an additional vent in our kitchen/dining room area. The workers were efficient with their time and they got the work done when they said they would. They were respectful to us. There was a bit of a mess in some of the rooms when they cleaned out the vents but overall, they were a good company to work with. I also was impressed with them reaching out to us when we had commented about our insulation in our door falling out due to the weather being too cold when they put it in. They called us back and asked when they could come and fix that for us. Because of their respect and willingness to help us the customer, I would recommend them if anyone needs vents cleaned, furnace or air conditioner looked at.

I had my heating & AC home system serviced my Manny D, from Boise Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning recently. Manny was on time, professional and informative. Manny explained the benefits of preventative maintenance on my system components. I would highly recommend using this company. You need keep your system running dependably and must have an annual proper inspection done. Problems such as Corroded coils, out of tolerance electrical components, dirty ducts and worse can disable your system and be very expensive if not maintained. Use this company and keep your peace of mind during the summer months knowing your AC will do its job trouble free. These guys do it all! They are coming back to repair my rain gutters that were destroyed last winter. Best of all, Manny is a military Veteran.

We had Right Now come out to provide an estimate to replace our furnace and A/C unit (it recently had gone out). Their estimate was nearly twice what we finally paid with another company (we put in both for $5,500 and their first quote was $10,500 for a less efficient furnace). Not only were they higher – after we told them we had received a lower estimate they immediately said they would match the price (indicating that they were hoping I never would receive a lower quote). After I told them I was not interested in working with them as their matching the price indicated how much they were price gouging us – they proceeded to call my wife to see if she could persuade me into going back to them and their “outstanding price”. Beware going with this company – and NEVER trust them as your only estimate.

I am one of those people who do not write reviews very often...it either has to be top notch service or absolutely terrible service. Luckily, it is for top notch service this time. Dinarte is not only an excellent technician, but personable and polite as well. I feel confident that my furnace and water heater will operate fine through the winter months and I have no hesitation calling Right Now Heating and Air for service in the future. If possible, I would like to have Dinarte be the one that comes to my house for any future needs, he was that professional and courteous. I have served in the Military for over 30 years and I have seen my share of quality personnel and poor personnel, Dinarte is definitely one of the good ones that you want to keep working for your organization.

Right Now has amazing service! Staff members are extremely nice, professional, & helpful. They were able to come out within just an hour of our phone call. Our service technician was Ty Ferris. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, & so friendly! He is also a pet-friendly tech, very comfortable with cats, dogs, etc. Ty walked me through every step he was taking to service our furnace & he also switched out our furnace filter at no extra cost. They also use "booties" over their shoes while inside your house to make sure your carpet stays clean. The pricing is very fair & affordable! Very happy & impressed with the work & will definitely continue to use them in the future! I highly recommend this company for any heating/air conditioning issues you have. :)
