Attended the Thursday evening seminar this week and the presentation was presented by the best group of professionals and the best law firm in Yuma. They explained the value of a living trust with an aptitude of professionalism that was very well versed. They are by far the best at what they do in Yuma, Arizona, probably the entire Southwestern United States. If you want your hard-earned money to go to those you love and not stuck in the courts, you need a plan, the Deason Garner Law Firm are the experts you need to make that trust. I loved that the lawyers were encouraging and educating people on the importance of not only setting up an Estate Plan but FUNDING it as well. As attorneys go, I am not fond of them. A necessary evil. I will say that both attorneys, Shawn and Alan seem to be genuinely concerned about our matters dealt with. My family has a revocable trust with them and I just had another type of trust drawn up. Alan specializes in all areas of trust and a gun trust is something I was surprised to see the firm could create. So consider Deason Garner for all types of trusts.

This is by far the best law firm in Yuma. They explain things very well. They are the best at what they do in Yuma, in Arizona, probably the whole nation.
