It had been 3 years since we had our unit serviced. I heard about these guys from a friend and called them to give my unit a cleaning. They were late, BUT, they called before the appointed time to explain that another install was taking longer than expected. Victor & Martin arrived and immediately went to work. They showed me pictures of my rusted drain pan, and of my coils. No cleaning of the coils were required. They also checked the pressures of the refrigerant and said it was within specs as well. They only charged me a small service fee. The previous company I had used would have charged me a cleaning fee and an inspection fee. Highly recommend these guys, Young, energetic, polite, and spoke english the whole time they were in my house. I REALLY appreciate that!

Once again Ice Cube Heating & Cooling has done an excellent Job upgrading my old york 2.5 ton to a 4 ton Rheem with a RUUD 4 ton air handler great job within the 1st hour of installation the unit brought room temp down 4 degrees and lowering Thank you guys so much for being on time professional and more than anything helping families be cool this summer I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get AC maintenance or upgrades from new to used they do it all Great Job thank you so much for Blessing us with this upgrade

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent excellent service from Mr. Eguia. Very honest, courteous and genuinely concerned with our a/c issues. From the get go Victor was punctual and upfront with us. His customer service was nothing short of an A+! He delivered as promised and then some. Victor went beyond our expectations. We found out that our ac went out, but since it was an old unit it made more sense to upgrade it with a new one rather than repairing the old unit. He was honest and upfront about everything and did everything he could to save us both time and money. Victor and crew came over to assess an insulation issue. They were prompt, courteous, informative and above all honest. Another service suggested I needed $500 blown in insulation above our bedroon ceiling. Victor was forthright in suggesting a simple $50 solution. While here I had them check AC and that was quick , efficient and inexpensive. This group is great. They are my go to guys from here onwards.

These guys did a great job! They came out the first day the landlord called them and had it repaired same day. They ended up going to mcallen from harlingen to get the parts we needed and had it fixed a few hours later. They were so friendly and efficient, they shake your hand and look you in the eye to introduce themselves. Swept up the mess after working in the attic. Would definitely call them again!

I had to privilege of having victor come out and fix my Ac unit. He was very detailed on his work and most of all he understood my budget. While other companies tried to get me to pay a high service fee plus repairs, victor gave me an over all great service experience and great price. He is the man to go to, you will be getting scammed if you go somewhere else.
