Mr. Abrams decades of experience as a trial attorney is unmistakable and resulted in the best outcome possible for my case. I have had charges pending against me for driving while intoxicated in Collin County for nearly two years. Warren was able to alleviate the massive amounts of stress I dealt with in what seemed like a never ending tug of war with the courts. I was treated like a son at every step, he was always honest and never made any guarantees like any decent lawyer should. He went out of his way to visit the site of my arrest with me on a weekend before we were set for trial. We had countless meetings and his staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. When we finally made it to court for the last time Warren was relentless and showed me the value of his trial experience and long time professional relationships with the Judge and Prosecutors alike. I am happy to say I can finally move on with my life in Houston and attend graduate school with this past me.

As a doctor, I had never thought that I would ever be arrested for a frivolous criminal charge. Nonetheless, it happened. I contacted Mr. Abrams office and he promptly responded on a Weekend evening. Their office attends the calls 24 hours a day. The person who I spoke to was very compassionate and helped alleviate my anxiety. Further meetings with Mr. Abrams put me at ease and gave me back my lost confidence. Mr. Abrams worked tirelessly throughout the 2 months till the court date, helped me face all the legal challenges and enquiries that took place during this period,met with me on Sunday mornings accommodating my busy schedule and prepared an excellent packet for Grand Jury hearing. My case was dismissed with his help! Mr Abrams is a good man, not practicing his profession just to make money. He wants to do what is best for his clients. There is no one like Mr. Warren Abrams. In my situation, I started with a different attorney. Mr. Abrams worked a miracle and won my breath test trial!!! I was arrested for DWI, given all field sobriety tests, and a breath test. I looked really good on video, but I blew a .14. Mr. Abrams (the 3rd attorney I interviewed and immediately knew he was the one!) thought I had a great chance at a jury trial. We proceeded to trial, he was awesome in court, very impressive, knowledgeable, and really fought for me! Mr. Abrams had the genius idea to propose non probable cause for arrest, then all evidence after such arrest is inadmissible (breath test score!). Well the jury came back and agreed... NOT GUILTY! BIG THANKS Mr. Abrams!!!

Mr. Abrams represented me during a Class B misdemeanor case. Even though I did not live in Texas, Mr. Abrams made the whole court process easy and convenient. He kept me updated with the case proceedings and went as far as to make sure I did not have to travel back and forth to Texas for case appearances. Furthermore, him and his staff were constantly professional and always responsive to emails and phone calls. Lastly, and most important, he achieved the best possible result for my case.
