I heard the Law Office of Ronald D. Weiss through my personal attorney. I kept Mr. Weiss to do a loan modification for me because we were in the foreclosure process. Mr. Weiss and his team were able to get my amendment passed and I am very happy with the result. The office was great, they took care of my business very professionally and were prompt in returning my phone calls and emails. The best part was they were able to explain everything to me in Spanish, which is my mother tongue. Absolutely I refer Mr. Weiss family and friends in need of their expertise.

I am writing this review because I felt compelled to do so, I have been a client of Ronald Weiss for many years and I am very grateful that I am. Ron and his amazing staff have time & time again saved my family from financial ruin. He has successfully executed chapter 7’s and 11’s both for myself and my wife which resulted in stopping numerous foreclosures and subsequently keeping us in our home. At the darkest times in our family’s life Ron kept upbeat, positive and confident but most of all always truthful. He is very knowledgeable but you will realize that the first moment you meet him. We have hired Ron once again on his recommendation for a process called (Order to show cause) An option we did not know about till we met Ron. This is an option that could keep us in our home indefinitely. I would not trust my legal issues with anyone else. Just a note: I travel over 30 mile to his office and it is well worth the time and gas.

I first had Ronald D. Weiss handle my bankruptcy which went well, in that I got rid of my debt and felt that I was well represented and informed during the Chapter 7 case. Later I temporarily lost my job, fell behind with mortgage payments and made the mistake of trying to negotiate on my own for a loan modification. My efforts were unsuccessful and the lender engaged in tactics that I found very frustrating. I realized I needed help and I remembered that Mr. Weiss’ office also handled foreclosures / modifications, so I returned for his services. I am glad I did since Mr. Weiss’s defense of the foreclosure action and effort toward getting me an agreement with the bank finally resulted in doable permanent modification. Today, I am current on my modified mortgage which has lower payments. I used this office twice over the years and I definitely recommend them.
