I am truly thankful to Rich Hornsby for helping me by defending my rights and in helping me to attain a successful resolution and Judgement in my case. Richard was the second attorney I hired, I made a very big mistake of retaining my first attorney who was not an expert at Criminal Law. I was in a desperate need for an expert attorney that knew Criminal Law and have profound experience the Justice System. Richard knew more that just the Law, Richard Knew how to fight against the apposing council, who tryed to use technicalities to win the case. Richard Hornsby was not intimidated by the Judge or the apposing council involved in the case. He spoke with authority and knowledge and earn the respect of the Court and everyone involved in the case. Richard Hornsby is a true champion of Justice, He is a man that get straight to the point, He will not wast your time and sugar coat anything. Mr. Hornsby and his office handled my misdemeanor case. Having never been arrested prior to this, I was not familiar with this process. I visited three law offices before meeting with Mr. Hornsby. After a 30 minute meeting, it was clear that he would represent me. He was professional, respectful, honest, and "to-the-point" about the theft charges when describing the length and the process to get the charges dismissed and ultimately expunged. It was apparent that Mr. Hornsby has had many years of experience in the Orlando court system and was very knowledgeable about theft cases. His office was very efficient in sending an e-mail as well as a typed letter that described each step of the process. Each letter also described the next steps to expect and also stated to contact his office with any further questions. I highly recommend Mr. Hornsby and his office when looking for representation. As a first time offender, I was so stressed of what might happened to me about my case. I browse at the internet looking for a defense lawyer and saw Atty. Richard Hornsby, read his credentials and I was so impressed of his law experiences. To make the story short, I ask him if he can help me about my case, and was very lucky that he accepted to represent me. While briefing me about the case, Atty. Hornsby advice me not to worry or think about the case and that he will do his best to represent me. My name is Ryan. I was arrested for disorderly conduct in downtown Orlando in the beginning of July. This was my first run in with the law and first arrest. I was very worried that my record was going to be tarnished. I hired Mr. Hornsby and he was on top of my case right away. Mr. Hornsby is a great lawyer. He is a no nonsense, straight to the point man who will get you favorable results in a timely fashion. He takes cases head on and does not require much from his clients other than to be 100% honest and to keep proper documentation of their cases so he can help in the fastest possible way. When hiring him you need to keep in mind that he is your lawyer and is a very busy man so he might not be able to answer every single call or respond to your emails within 15 minutes, but trust me, he is working his butt off to win your case. It is up to his clients to trust in him and let him work. I have used him twice because after my first case I had no interest in even considering hiring a different lawyer. Yes, he is that good.

Excellent attorney! I am astonished how thorough Mr. Hornsby is in learning all the minute details of his client’s case and that he remembers them when facing the prosecutor in court. He has intuitive skills in figuring out what a case is all about and the dynamics that center on the charges his client is accused of.
