My wife and daughter has been to the Culinary Center before and enjoyed it. Today they were scheduled for a "mother and daughter" class at 10 am, but unfortunately my daughter developed a high fever yesterday. We were hoping it would pass by this morning so they can attend but no. So my wife calls and explained the situation. We were told sorry you need a 5 day notice for a refund, not even credit towards a future class. Whoever spoke to her replied, "You can still go." Ah my daughter has a fever of 103F and you want me to go to a mother and daughter cooking class without my daughter. Wow! We are not asking for a refund, but at least credit towards a future class.

Had a wonderful lunch at the Culinary Center in Overland Park. The first Tuesday of each month, they serve a great "staff lunch" for the public. Only $12. They also have a huge selection of cooking classes for young and old. A very interesting and unique space.

I was there for a company outing. The front door is a little hard to find because it does not look like a restaurant. Parking is limited. There is parking behind the buildings across the street. The food was very good and the portion size was good as well.

We had a great time yesterday at our work team builder! They served us delicious lunch and then we broke into small groups for a cake decorating competition. It was so much fun, I will definitely be back!

The KC Culinary Center never disappoints. All the recipes are delicious and the chefs and staff are all extremely friendly. The kitchens are cozy and equipped for fun, hands on cooking.
