I currently live in North Carolina and own a home in Tallahassee Florida. I have tenants in this property and when they informed me there was a leak in the roof I called Tadlock the next day. They sent a technician out immediately and I had repair quote in less than 5 days. Judging by the cost of repairs and age of the roof I also decided to get a full replacement quote as well. Both quotes were done free of charge and were completed in a timely manner. I chose to go with replacing the roof and the staff in every aspect was extremely helpful. They were able to answer any of my questions any time I called and were able to reschedule my roof replacement around my tenants due date for her newborn child. They also put a temporary patch over the leak free of charge as well. The whole replacement was completed in two days. I felt that every time I talked with any of their employees that they actually cared about the well being of the family and my level of satisfaction. Hands down the best experience I have had working with any company. Highly recommended.

From the first interaction with the sales consultant to the final inspection, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Plus, my 30-year-old shingles have been recycled and the new roof looks amazing. I have had four complete roof replacements on different buildings in the last year by Tadlock. I took several bids at first, but the quality of the work for the value given was always stellar. They are my roofers now. I have had roofing work done on other buildings and was concerned with the extras that I would get charged for once the shingles were taken off. But unlike my other experiences, Tadlock kept their promises an those extras were very little. The crew always shows up on time and did the work in 1 business day usually with very little disruption of my workplace. AND they did a great job with a lengthy warranty included. This is the second roof that Tadlock roofing has put on my properties and going against recommendations for other roofers in the area I went with Tadlock roofing because even though they took a while to complete the first job they did for me they did a good job. On this second roofing job I am extremely disappointing in the lack of communication about the cost of additional work that was completed .Additional wood rot work needed to be done costing over $1000 and I was not notified until after the work was complete that this additional cost was incurred. I would have expected to have been notified before the work was complete so I could prepare for this additional cost .

They roofed over rotten plywood and then didn’t want to cover the repair under their “warranty” program. I was even willing to pay for some of the repair even though this should have been covered. I received a call from the owner saying that not only would they not cover the repair but that I should go use someone else for the repairs. I know this business can be tough but having the owner lie to you on a voicemail was the final straw for me. Will never use them again and will never recommend then to anyone. Very disappointed.

Excellent quote compared to four other companies. Workers showed up early and worked late each day. Polite, professional, and extremely hard workers. Tadlock Roofing has the best warranty out of the four other companies I contacted for quotes. Highly recommend this company!

Met to see my roof, quoted me a great price and were out the next day to do the work. Had a slight leak, but they came back found and fixed the issue the day after I called. All in all, a great experience and a great crew. I highly recommend them to anyone in town.
