Art is not only a wonderful plumbing technician but also a very trustable and reliable person. This conclusion is from my recent experience in repairing a tricky leak in sewer system in my house. We were so frustrated with a technician from other company. I have to say that that technician also worked really hard. Unfortunately, he opened couple holes on the wall and still didn’t find exact location of the leak. He then proposed a huge project for one-day repairing of leak and one- day for restoration of wall. At this moment, Art came to help us. He quickly located the leaks and perfectly repaired the pipe with a very reasonable price just in couple of hours. The work was beautiful. I feel very lucky to have Art. I will definitely recommend Art to my friends! Thank you, Art. I also believe that ARS should be proud of Art, who wins good reputation for the company.

09JUL16; Refrigerator water supply valve at kitchen wall failed allowing free-flow of water into house. Failure occurred during installation of new refrigerator & after working hours. Called ARS for emergency repair & they dispatched Plumber within 45-minutes. Plumber, Arthur B, responded and he immediately diagnosed the problem, stopped the water flow, determined the best possible repair & provided an upfront & reasonable estimate. He then executed the repair with installation of a far superior replacement valve in such a manner that there was no obvious evidence of the magnitude of the repair restoring the wall to pre-loss condition. I would reserve my highest praise for Plumber Arthur B; he is truly a highly trained, efficient professional & I would highly recommend him and ARS to any and all who are in need of, or contemplating, plumbing services.

Guillermo P. was a great sales person to have in your business operations. He was very helpful with questions from installing to billing. Since he was original an installer , he has both sides of the field work down to perfection. I had several questions that he immediately answered , and the few he had doubts about were handled immediatly with expert people to address the advise. He went the extra mile to help my family with multiply sells in same day , and istalled same day. He gave several options to choose from , and did not push the sale of any one choice. I called with a leaking pipe and ARS arrived at my home just barely over an hour later. That was so much quicker than I anticipated. The plumber was professional and friendly and showed me step by step what the problem was, what he would do to fix it, and then quoted a price that was not nearly as expensive as I had imagined it would be. He completed the job and again showed me step by step what he had done in addition to letting the water run for a while to make sure the leak was repaired. He did not rush through his job and was patient with me as he answered my questions. I am completely satisfied with my experience today.

I got ARS over for an annual inspection. The job was done by Dave Chapman. He was knowledgeable about what he did and got the work done well. He checked the A/C unit in the attic as well as the condenser unit outside. Cleaned all the lines that were required. As he went through the work, he was also explaining everything to me so that I was also clear about what he was checking. The entire job was done in about 30 mins. I had got new filters to replace and he got those changed as well. Dave is professional about this work and I would recommend him.

I had a small gas leak coming from the water heater in a small utility room. Plumber Juan Bucio identified the problem almost immediately and promised to return the next day with the needed part. He came with the part as promised early the next morning, and the problem is now resolved. Incidentally, he corrected a problem with the piping, made sure to check on the warranty, and offered and gave instruction regarding starting the water heater. I recommend him highly.

Dave was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing each step of the check up and why he was taking such actions. He gave me some tips as to how to reduce the dust content in the air inside the house and how this would not only help the heater unit perform more proficiently but how it help reduce the allergens in the air . As an engineer I like to be involved and he did a good job of working with me and getting me the information I needed to make the proper decisions.
