Affordable American came to our rescue when we had water pouring into our daughters room. We called and Chuck came over immediately. He repaired and rerouted the air conditioning drain lines. While he was in the attic he noticed the intake box fell off our NEWLY installed AC unit, which was bringing the attic air into our home! He repaired it for a minimal cost and we were instantly amazed at the difference it made. Chuck and his helper did an amazing job, they were thorough and very pleasant. I will recommend Affordable American to all my family, friends and neighbors! Wonderful experience.

Affordable American came to my house to clean my dryer vent. They have the heavy duty equipment with a camera so they can see where the blockage is or any other problem. Their equipment enabled them to clean the vents which were completely clogged. With the camera, I could see that the passage ways were clear. Also having strong up to date equipment allows them to get the job done efficiently...They are very reasonably priced. Also, when I called and they were able to come out the next day. I will use them again for my AC and dryer vent, duct work needs.

On Feb. 26, 2012 I was referred to Chuck of Affordable American Air Conditioning to work on our air conditioning unit by my daughter. Chuck explained to me what the price would run depending on the condition to repair the unit. When he finished up we had no surprise on the bill. I expected a much bigger bill especially on a Sunday. I would have to say Chuck went over and beyond his competition.I will refer you to anyone that needs HVAC work.

I live in The Woodlands and found Affordable American on Woodlands Online. One of the reasons I chose them was that they were listed as a "Best of The Woodlands" winner on their site. They really proved why they earned that rating! I purchased 2 complete new Trane systems from them at a better than expected price and they did a fantastic job installing them. Timely, very fair price, nice technician I had paid another company to diagnose my failed air con unit. It turned out to be a bad blower motor. After I sent the other company on their way when they wanted to charge me $1,400 to repair the motor I called Affordable American Air Conditioning and they came out on time to the minute and repaired my unit for $326 in slightly over 1 hour. They are now my go to company for air con repairs!

On a very hot Saturday afternoon (isn’t it always that way) I had an issue with a new thermostat install, and although Chuck was fully booked for the day, he stayed on the phone for better than an hour to help resolve my issues. Chuck then refused any consultation payment for his time. It’s hard to find this type of customer focused service anymore! You can bet my next A/C service call will be to Chuck.

Chuck and his crew cleaned the ducts in my central air conditioning system and replaced a plenum (major section of duct) that was covered with mold. His crew identified a problem that may have contributed to the mold. The crew was clean, professional, and efficient. They finished my whole job in one day! Affordable American A/C is now my A/C maintenance company. I highly recommend them.
