Cost $137 for Technician to advised that fireplace did not light due to a bad filament and should not cost very must to fix. They carry no parts with them so repairs can be made. Part needed to be ordered, had to call twice to find out why they had not called back with a price. Finally they returned my call and said it needed a pilot light kit - cost $265. Are you kidding me how did we get from a not very expensive filament to a overpriced pilot light kit. I can buy a whole fire log unit for what they charged for service call and a possible fix. I believe this company is very dishonest. Beware of this guy, unless you have money to burn.

This company came out the day after I called and took care of the blockage in my dryer vent tube. The dryer had a lint alarm thankfully so I kniew it was time to call someone. Could not beleive the mess that came out of that tube. The dryer is working better too, aside from the danger of a fire I am happy with Guardian guys.

Charles arrived ahead of schedule. Explained all if what he was doing, and kept the area clean. He even showed me a photo of the top of my chimney from the rooftop. Exceeded my expectations- will be calling annually for chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning/maintenance!
