******UPDATED***** It’s been three weeks now since my wife and I posted reporting out frustration with Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning. I can now report that the day after our review was posted, we were contacted by Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning and it’s owner, Aaron Sherlock. He was very cordial and professional over the phone and patiently listened to our complaint. Evidently even though he had heard bits and pieces about our problems in the past, he had never been fully apprised of the full story. A few days later we met personally with Aaron at our home for him to inspect our AC system. We had a good meeting. And we found Aaron to be very genuine and focused on making our situation better. He personally arranged to have a representative from Lennox come out and give us an independent, unbiased opinion, which we had requested, on whether our AC system had been installed correctly or not. After the Lennox representative indicated our system had been installed properly, Aaron arranged for one of his technicians to come out and replace not only our AC compressor, but the entire AC unit. And this was done at no additional charge to us, something we consider to be far above and beyond what was necessary to correct this situation. My wife and I are deeply grateful for the kind and honest way Aaron and Sherlock Air has dealt with us.

i was very impressed with each step in the process taken by the Sherlock team in replacing my HVAC. The team was punctual, courteous and professional from the estimate through the installation. I had no idea how much was involved and even on a Friday afternoon no shortcuts were taken; down to completion of the check list; how to use the new thermostat and maintain the new unit. I offered to be a referral source for Sherlock for a perspective customer; -and there are only a few companies or individuals i am willing to associate my name with so directly. I have no reservations about recommending them. The new system is quieter and more efficient then the old one. The bid was competitive; the work professional and the experience excellent.

We had Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning install air conditioners in our home. We found our experience with the installers, Billy and Greg, to be professionally handled, we dealt with honest, trustworthy men who regarded their job with the integrity that one would want others to treat their home. Our job was not easy because of the way our home is built. Billy is the problem solver. He handled the situation so well. I was impressed. Both men always had smiles on their faces, despite the fact that they were dealing with a more than usual installation. If you are thinking about installing a new furnace or air conditioning, you do not need to look further. This company is the best in my opinion.

Sherlock has been great to work with. I communicated a lot with Rich over the phone and email. He was very prompt to answer all my questions and help us weigh out our options. Justin was the one whom came to our house to finalize our replacement of a furnace and installing a brand new ac. He was very friendly and courteous. He even stopped by our house after our install to see how everything went! The install happened quickly and we barely noticed they were here. The two men that did the install were polite and did their best to work quietly to allow my baby to nap. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to friends and family!

Tina and Tim did an awesome job. Our AC went out over the weekend and Tina took our call Monday morning and worked us in the schedule - Thank you Tina. Tim (technician) came to the house and fixed our AC quickly and efficiently!!! I rate them a 10. I also appreciated both Tina and Tim with their communcation skills and keeping me informed along the way with texts, voice and email (for the invoice). Eric arrived at the early side of the 4 hr. window which was nice. He called me and gave me a heads 10 min. heads up that he was coming. He was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed there was an electrical problem with my AC, which the electrician, Dan, needed to fix. Dan came after a full day of work and was also very professional and friendly. He got right to work and was able to get my AC up and running! Thanks Eric and Dan. I will recommend Sherlock and keep you in mind for future AC/furnace concerns.

She was on time....called ahead to say she was enroute; Christine was very professional and polite. Placed tarpauline before doing anywork inside the house. She was most knowledgeable on all systems. Informed us about the UV air scrubber purifier which we signed up for. Will ask Sherlock owner to always send Christine to do our HVAC servicing.

We had a whole new HVAC system put in Jan 2016. Included with that was a free tune up of the heater this past winter. Separately, we received a free tune up of the AC this summer. Most recently Christine came to check on the AC as a courtesy. As always, we receive text appointment reminders and courtesy calls to let us know they are on the way. Very professional.

What a great experience! Brendon Tracy did a fabulous job on our condo. He replaced so many things he was here for 6+ hours fixing everything including updating our smoke alarm, replacing ducts and making sure the air flowed. I highly recommend Sherlock Heating and Air! Will be using them again!
