Prince of Peace Church was very thankful for.Smarthouse and their entire.team. We had been looking for a heating and cooling company for months to replace some over 50 year old furnaces. A lot of companies told us the job was too big. But when their sale person Mark said Smartgouse could do it. I was very happy.. Steven and Frank was the two licensed technicians that installed our furnaces. Steven and Frank was very knowledgeable. They knew their job. What ever questions I had they could answer them. I have dealt with a lot of Heating and cooling companies but none compare to Smarthiuse. Please remember you get what you pay for.. Smarthouse will now be our service provider for our furnaces and air conditioners. They are a 5 star plus company.

Luke came to our house and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem and explained the situation in detail. We needed a new furnace! Luke gave us an education on the options available. He took measurements and advised us. We made our decision and Luke monitored our situation until we completed the order process. The next day Steven and Frank installed a new furnace and A/C system. They were on time and worked efficiently to complete the job properly. They made sure we understood the new thermostat and the features of our new system. They were polite, professional, and competent at their jobs. We felt fortunate to have them install our new system. We also felt we could trust their work and their word.

I haver never written a review for anything before, but do so now because of the exceptional service and work done by everyone we had contact with, and there were many: Marc, Steven, Tim, Stephanie, George and several others whose names I do not remember. Customer service is not a slogan, it is their business model and it extends from the CEO to the secretary. We had bids from several other companies for HVAC installation, and while the prices were about the same, the manner in which the process was handled, and everything else after the contract was signed, was a step above the others. Courteous, respectful, engaging, willing to answer any and all questions, and personal follow-up to ensure our satisfaction with the work.

I had a number of things done by SmartHouse. George did the attic insulation, repaired the bathroom exhaust fan and built a wall around the whole house attic fan. Luke Sanders installed a new programmable thermostat. Then Luke and Frank Wolf did a thorough maintenance check of the furnace and air conditioning systems. All three of these men arrived promptly, were courtious and friendly. They took the time to answer any questions I had. AND very important to me, being a single woman, I felt very comfortable dealing with these men. Also, Tim Renz the representative for SmartHouse is the nicest person also. It was because of him I decided to hire SmartHouse and it has been a very good decision.

This was our first time using an HVAC contractor. I was nervous about someone coming out and hammering us on various repairs since our appliances were old. Having looked at various HVAC contractors online, we liked the reviews and customer satisfaction of SmartHouse. I have to say that this was a much more pleasant experience than expected. Luke came out quickly to our house and took the time to explain what he was doing to check the system as well as what repair was really needed (luckily a relatively inexpensive capacitor). We appreciate the friendly service and will highly recommend this company to anyone!

I had a great experience with Smart House. I have been struggling to keep my home warm in the winter for the almost 4 years that I have owned my house.Their technicians are extremely professional and thorough in their inspections. Smart House performed an energy evaluation and made recommendations for me to improve the energy efficiency of my house. The quote I was given by Smart House was less than 50% of a previous quote I received. Also, they were able to perform the improvements within two weeks of the evaluation. I am very happy with the results and my house feels much warmer than before.

I have used their services approximately 5 times for my old Geothermal Unit, and I have always been pleased. I have worked with 2 of their technicians; both are very knowledgeable and very quickly troubleshoot and solve whatever problem there is. I have had blown motors, bad compressor capcitors, low freon (with frozen coils), and clogged condenser drainage. They are prompt, efficient, and get my air conditioning or heat back up and running in short order every time. I highly recommend them!

I have used SmartHouse for 3 years. They installed my A/C and heating which required changing over from electric to gas heating as well as redoing the insulation. Of all the companies we had come out to access the issue with the hose HVAC, they were the only company to do a thorough job of looking at all aspects of the house involved with the issue.
