We had a horrible problem with rats and a family of raccoons in our crawl space. It reach the breaking point when we thought they would rip through a wall to the inside of the house. Heat ducting was destroyed and insulation pulled down throughout the crawlspace. The raccoons had come through an outside wall under a window bump-out to the crawlspace. It was a lot of damage. Robin came out quickly, assessed the problem and we had a wild-life control company remove the family of raccoons. Clean Crawls came out quickly to take out all the damaged material. The gentlemen were professional, arrived on time and did not waste a minute in their work. It took nearly 4.5 hours of continuous work to get all the destroyed materiel, traps set and repair to the heating duct work to be completed. I will say we finally had no noise under our house to our great relief. The next phase will be completed in two weeks - giving time for repeat "visitors" to be caught if they return. After checking around for pricing on such work we feel the estimate for all the work is on par and we are happy with what has been done so far. I would definitely recommend Clean Crawls and have already done so!

Clean Crawls exactly at the time they said they would. They prepped the house for the work and made sure that they would not mess up the house in doing the work. They were very professional and went straight to completing the task at hand. They were great at keeping me informed of everything as they progressed and got my OK before proceeding on things that they were not sure about. They found live critters in our crawl space and decided to hold off installing the insulation and decided to set some traps to make sure all critters were eliminated before proceeded. I thought very highly of this decision because it will head off further complications later on down the road. I thought this was very professional and I really appreciated their honesty with me. Over all this was a great experience and company to work with. The sales man was able to get right out to give me a quote and even to get the work done next day. The reason I rated only 3 stars is the rebate process. As a licensed contractor with PUD, he knew the process for rebate; however he did not follow procedure leaving me to figure out how to get our money back. One of the reasons I chose Clean Crawls was for ease of rebate, which I am not getting.

We bought an old house in Snohomish and soon afterwards discovered bats in the attic. Try as we might to solve the problem, we had all but given-up when Clean Crawls stepped-up to take it on. It was a tough job, but they persevered and now our attic is rid of bats and in way better shape than it ever was before. They even installed vent baffles that were not there before. Top-notch work. My project was to blow in insulation in a finished but un-insulated garage. I am a very picky person and I am very pleased with the results. Sales visited the day I called & job was scheduled for the next day. Workers arrived on time & worked non-stop (7-8 hrs!) Good attention to detail was observed. Clean-up was in fact cleaner than when they started! Cost was slightly below competitors and there were no surprises. Great Job!

They came and made a bid, then showed up on time the day they were scheduled. They did a good job removing and replacing all insulation under the house and laying down a new vapor barrier. The price was fair and the workers were responsive to special needs. I am not pleased about their payment policy--pay in advance for all work or they do not start. They need to make this very clear during the estimate process.

Brian arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He inspected my crawl space then gave me quotes for a couple of options. I took the one to replace insulation and vapor barrier. We had three quotes to redo our insulation in attic and possibly walls. This company was honest, upfront of what needed to be done, and what did not and how much it would be. Easy report to read, much cheaper than the other companies and they do the PSE paperwork for you, added bonus! They were clean, professional, and on time. Excellent service and price! We had a serious rodent issue in the crawl space. We contacted Clean Crawls and responded very quickly with an assessment of the problem and recommended an approach to correct and prevent further problems. The corrective action was successful and we continue to have Clean Crawls do regular inspections. We have been very happy with the original response and the continuing service.

Clean Crawls did a great job curbing the Norway rats who had taken up residency in our crawl space! The workers were diligent, efficient and polite. The results were noticed immediately (the smell that had initially alerted us to the problem was gone within hours). Fair price. Great followup. Would recommend them!

After spending thousands to block entries for vermin with no success, we hired Clean Crawls. We should have started with them first! It took a few visits to eradicate the infestation but now the house and crawl is devoid of rats. We had CC clean and re-insulate the attic and that made a huge difference, too.

If you want your credit card info stolen use these guys, mandatory card on file for pest control or pay 1200$ for a year in advance? Really i pay my bill ontime every month. I will never use clean crawls again. Btw i paid 7k for their services, and this is how they treat customers. Sad
