The hands down most worst customer service ever the lady in charge gets pissed when customers come in or when you wnt to pay a bill she answers phones and deals with customers in the most disgusting form of greeting and also uses foul language and rates are constantly going up run for the hills if asked to go to this place she even treats her receptionist very disrepectful like she thinks very low of her not the place to get insured the five star reviews below are most likely not customers- Michael McGaha

I went there around 1:00 oklock they seem they are not motivated to see customers . She tried to make a quote for auto insurance . She told me it gonna take abt 20 min which was fine with me , but they are like careless abt the customers and just decided to leave , after they say that they gonna give me a call .I never received any phon calls or email from them. I will never recommend nobody to this place because they are careless and they lack customer service

Kerry is the office manager and marimar is her assistant

Floridian Insurance has been great for me. They insure multiple rental properties for me, and all with ease. I just email Kerrie and she takes care of everything and looks into any questions I have very promptly. Glad I was introduced to them a couple years ago, best decision to move over to them.
