Incompetent staff.long waits . My insurance that has been set up with auto pay way cancelled due to the agent Stanley Jones not following through. It was all blamed on the computer and he was too lazy to do anything .Rude and arrogant .He said I can not help you and refused to do so. I got it resoved after spending hours on the phone at their 800 number. Their office is a total waste of space .
