you pay for what you get! I will start with that because this company is trash. they did not address life threatening concerns with the damages on my vehicle. they said it was non related to accident. nobody returns your phone calls or emails. I had to pay out of my pocket. to fix remaining damages. whoever I did get to speak to was very rude and anal. that would be supervisor bill and David. Heather was my claim advisor she did not care to help me resolve my issues. not to mention the body shop did not return my rental after they told me to leave it there now I am responsible for the bill of 4 days I did not have a rental.

Infinity insurance has done so much good for the community. Besides having the best rates in town they also have come up with programs to help out with our youth and their reading as well as donations to local establishments. They have the best customer service out of all the insurance companies in the Orlando area and they pay their claims quickly. If you need insurance and you live in the Orlando area I would give Infinity Insurance a try.

cant rate it it should be negative -100 stars... terrible customer service it took 9 days to look at the vehicle to then put it in at a total loss.. and they dropped the collission coverage with a bullshit excuse in order not to pay for the vehicle its been the most expensive insurance.. The most terrible customer service skills from adjuster Matt Swank who has never answered the phone call over 14 calls and vm messages he rever responds..

I have been waiting for 3 days just to get an estimate! And they arent open on weekends??!!! What happens when you get in an accident in the weekend?? My insurance company had an estimate for me in my first accident earlier this year in less than an hour. Can someone explain to me why its taken this long?? The person who has this insurance was at fault and i guess they dont want to pay out. Slowest business ive ever done business with.

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. This company is the worst. Their policy holder hit my car and initially they were willing to pay 100% but when I received the check in the mail it was only 60% when I tried to call and talk to them about it they would not return my phone calls. I have been calling for weeks now. Worst customer service ever!

If you use this insurance company I hope you never had any inconvenience because they will not respond. They will assign you one representative and you are never going to find him/her. If you call they transfer your call to your representative and he/she is never in the office and of course the voice mail is always full. What a scam.

If I could rate them lower I would. I regret choosing this company as my insurance company. They owed me over $600.00 worth of insurance that they took out of my account and would make me do all kinds of stuff in order for them to not pay me back. Very bad company.

What a complete scam! Thousands of dollars in monthly payments and on my first little vendor vendor they refuse to pay because they made a mistake in filing back when I signed up with them, that has absolutely no barring on the incident in question!
