Evil lives here. These people have thrown me and my family into a nonsense paperwork nightmare. I have tried for months to fix a problem of their creation. Each time I meet their demand for a new document they tell me it is insufficient to retain my credit for coverage. I have spent untold hours in the social services office, getting documents to appease these terrible people. They have surpassed incompetence and are now firmly in the diabolical category. I am convinced that they are messing with us on purpose.

Terrible. I applied for a hardship exemption and because they want to try and stay relevant they kicked my application back saying I didnt sign the signature page. I made a copy of my complete application and my signature is on it.. When I call nobody knows anything and is completely clueless.. basically just trying to keep their illegal taxation funding and keep their overpaid jobs. Hopefully the affordable care act gets repealed soon

They took me threw pure d hell...took my 78.66 out of my account..I never used the insurance, cancel, they gave me the run around now they say they will not repay me..I plan on faxing..emailing..BBB.everything to let the world know how low down they are ...no customer service at all. Kathy
