Terry Fincham has been our insurance agent for many years she has always stayed in contact with us to insure our coverage is up to date . Recently we had some damage to our roof caused by the incredibly bad winter cold, snow and ice. We made a claim with Allstate claims department and started getting estimates for the needed repairs. The Allstate claims office seemed to be taking a lot longer then necessary considering our roof was leaking badly into the second floor of our house. When I could not get an answer from Allstate claims I called Terry, she not only answered right away she told me she would take care of everything and advised me to always call her when we make a claim so she could insure that everything went quickly and smoothly. Thankfully less then 1 hour after I spoke with Terry the Allstate claims department called to tell me they were covering the claim and cutting us a check immediately. Terry continued to follow through to make sure the money arrived and that we were satisfied with the repair. Terry Fincham will always be our agent and if we ever have another claim I know she will make sure all goes well. It is nice to know we have an insurance agent looking out for our needs at all times.

I have been with Allstate for 57 years ,My dad was with Allstate also .I carry my home 3 cars and 1 travel trailer and a Umbrella policy and can say that i have never been happier .There is nothing like being able to go to your insurance agent or call her and have her answer all your questions and is truly a friend . I was insured through this agency for a few years. Each person I spoke with was friendly, however when I was involved in an accident I called for advice and assistance and was encouraged to handle the claim on my own, without being provided the reasoning it would benefit me or not. I recently cancelled my policies with Allstate since I received more competitive rates with another company and the cancellation process was long and drawn out, awkward, and I was not thoroughly complete.
