I am disappointed because I have about 4 months with this medical coverage and in those months I have tried to make an appointment by calling the numbers that you have given me and disappointment to all numbers what I call say they do not accept this coverage and I have called you to cancel and not canceled, you offered this medical coverage were told we could cancel at any time and is not true
