They need to service customers and not act like what they do is a favor for you, not at $1200 a month in premiums....this pharmacy used to be great, now, a customer service nightmare. Once you go off automatic refills on the phone and need a live person, its is the rudest experience imaginable...holding back information from you that is right on their screen to teach you a lesson....children and in desperate need of re-training

Pharmacist Manager Christin was rude and unhelpful. How are we supposed to prevent opioid overdoses if pharmacists on the front lines are unwilling to help?
