Law enforcement officials have high stress levels affiliated with their jobs. Due to this as well as other factors, they do not always follow proper protocol with making arrests. As a result of this sometimes our constitutional rights are violated. Specifically the fourth amendment. I had an incident where the offices searched me as well as my property without probable cause. I needed a law firm that understood what I was going through as well as the knowledge to represent me.John Cale and his staff did an outstanding job on my case they were knowledgeable professional compassionate and stood behind what they said they would do because of their good work I was able to get my charges reduced and taken off my record. I highly recommend them on any traffic or criminal defense case that you may have.

I had received a ticket for expired plates for not knowing when they expired, I had never received a reminder in the mail. He got my ticket removed! I am in the midst of dealing with these people. It is for a simple license reinstatement and every time I call, I feel as though I am putting them out. It would be different if they kept me in the loop and were prompt about keeping me abreast of changes in my case, or lack thereof; however, the only reason I know what is happening with my case is because I call them and get some lame excuse from their secretary. Thus far, they get an F for customer service.
