Jordan Rogers did an outstanding job of trouble shooting the leak that was going to destroy and damage our carpet. He methodically assessed the situation and found the root cause of our problems and stopped the leak It was a faulty switch on our sump pump that was overfilling the sump and leaking onto our floor. Jason procured a more reliable sump pump for our condensate return system and solved the problem. Thanks for your prompt and professional response. Susan and Cliff - Hoover AL 1-16-17 Your technician, Christian Jones, showed up early and handled our scheduled service call in a very professional manner. He checked out all systems and told us some areas to be looking for for future maintenance needs. He changed our filters and did diagnostic tests on both our units and made sure everything was in working order. He was very cordial, well dressed and very friendly and professional . I had a faulty HVAC unit less than 2 years old. After several parts had to be replaced, I escalated to the supervisor Jeff. He personally came out and rechecked the unit. The next week, more cooling issues. General Manager Terry Henry, then came out and checked the entire system, under house, checked temps, etc. Found out the unit was, indeed, not putting out up to specs and was the wrong tonage. He went to bat for me and I now have a 3 ton, NEW HVAC system, with no charge!!! Shawn installed it yesterday, worked hard all day. I did pay for new duct work to be installed and sealed, since mine was very old and cooling my crawl space!! They "did the right thing" by me, and I am very appreciative. Norrell Service Experts sent installers out to our house on New Years Eve and they worked most of the day installing a new Lennox hvac system. Our old system had failed on December 30th. We had the sales person at the house the day before New Years Eve to give us a quote on multiple units. Like I mentioned, the Installers were out the next day on New Years Eve. From beginning to end we had a good experience with the salesman, the technicians and the support personnel. To say the least we were greatly relieved to have warm air on New Years Day. We sure enjoyed the football games. The system is very quiet, heats the house quickly and we love the Wi-Fi graphical thermostat. There is an app for our cell phones so we can remotely manage our system. Great Service.

Service Experts did a Precision Tune Up on my AC system. My outdoor coils were very dirty after having missed doing a tune up last summer. They removed the panels from my unit and thoroughly cleaned the coils and the inside of the unit, even removing the leaves. They checked my entire system including my indoor coil in my attic. Jacob, the technician took his time and was very thorough, including explaining everything he did. He wore booties on his feet in my home, not tracking in dirt or grass from the outside. I appreciate their professionalism and respect for me and my home so much that I purchased a maintenance agreement so I won’t forget to have my heating system checked this winter or my AC next year.

We researched before choosing an a/c repair company and chose Norrell based on the multiple high remarks they received. Our great experience began with the lovely Miss Sue in the office. She was sweet as could be and very professional. We were lucky enough to have Jeremy S. come out the very next day and he was thorough, efficient and explained everything. We also felt their charges were reasonable and the quality of work excellent. We just bought our house and look forward to having Norrell (and hopefully Jeremy) take care of all of our heating and cooling needs!

The float switch on our new unit tripped for the second time within a few weeks of it being installed. Carlus Wells responded to an after hours call on a Saturday night. It would have been easy to provide a quick fix especially after what I am sure was already a long day. Carlus provided great customer service taking his time (close to an hour) to investigate and find the cause of the problem. He explained why the unit cut off and how he fixed it to prevent future problems. We will definitely continue to use Norrell for our heating and air needs.

Had to have a whole new system and new hot water heaters and my Dad recommended Norrell and I am so glad he did!!! The guys and gals at Norrell are so AWESOME!! Cannot say enough good things about our recent service experience! Jordan Rogers did a fantastic job, was at our home in roughly 30 minutes from my initial call and stayed and fixed our AC effortlessly until 9 pm on a Saturday. Michael Naish came to give us a second estimate on our unit repair. Our estimate from another company was over two thousand dollars. Michael was able to get our air working the same day for a CONSIDERABLE amount less. He was also very courteous and took time to walk me through every step of what he was doing. Service Experts (Norrell) did our fall service check on my Lennox heat pump. They checked all components that relate to making sure I have adequate heat and cooling in the coming months. Michael was the service technician. He took the time to answer ALL my questions about the state of my heat pump. I have had other service needs in past months and they responded in a short time to keep my heat pump working properly.

We had a total duct system cleaning with new lights on 10-28-16. The sales rep was Tyler Lawley, and the men working on the system were Adam Abts and Bradleu Isbell. They did an excellent job of cleaning the duct system. My sweet husband watched them very carefully, and he said that they were outstanding. We want to say thank you to all three of these men. They were nice, understanding, and very professional.

Furnace stopped working Jordan Rogers came out within an hour. Fixed the problem told us about a special for a new furnace. Our furnace was 17 years old. Antony Connell came out and gave us suggestions and estimate for a new system which we purchased. We also want Jordan to start servicing our new unit. We were very pleased with his work.
