I called today and was on the automated hold for 30 minutes. Finally, there was a prompt that took my number and said I would get a return call. I waited two hours and no call. I called again and waited for 15 minutes. I waited and then called again and waited another 20 minutes. There is no other number to call and no place to send an email unless you register. This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!
Been a great customer for a bit but let me tell you how hard is there to answer the phone unbelievable there no one to answer any phone line it keeps telling you to stay someone will answer your calls but no one for 20 mins and still on hold how busy the branch can be...very disappointed with the service:(
you got to be kidding me! I called to settle a dispute and they put me into a maze of electronic purgatory. I was on the phone for an hour and a half, with no resolution. Worst ever!
Waiting over 13 minutes on hold to talk to a representative before I hung up. BofA, Wells, and Chase are more prompt. Wake up, marketing department and Chairman and President.
I can never get through their phone system. Very disappointed with their service as I have been a member for over 25 years.
If they answered the phone...I would give it a perfect score... 17min wait for the rep to give me a 30sec answer
