Have tried to get customer service in person by telephone at a couple of numbers, and had to wait listening to elevator music. Keeping up with the times, how about instituting a call back procedure? Generally, everything else has been stellar.

An awesome financial institution th at cares about people, be they wealthy or not. They are helpful, caring, and invested in the community. And you can get $5 increments in the ATM! =) <3
