I need bank statement print outs, so they told me to wait in the long line for a personal banker to talk to me. Then after half an hour of waiting one of the bankers said that for EACH bank statement print out (I needed 12 months worth) I would need to pay $5, so basically $60 for 12! They should have told me that they would charge me $5 per print out before I got in line. I missed an urgent appointment to get my 12 month bank statements, only to not get the statements at all in the end.

I wish there was a way to give less than a 1 star. I just moved here and had a check to cash. Not only do they charge $6, which by the way is more than Wal Mart, the cashier was very rude. Making comments like, "Do you want to cash it or what?" Are you serious?? I would rather drive 30 min to get to Chase than be treated disrespectfully. Well done Bank of America you have kept me a loyal Chase customer.

It seems every time I cone by . The lines are really long and they have three vacant teller windows Pleaee add more tellers. They closed the second location and it has really created a problem

Closed the east end location and the drive through. The closest safety deposit boxes are 30 miles away. Said a 10 cent sucker for kids was too expensive. We now go to Frost. Thanks BA.

I think they just need more tellers , and more customer servers , they just to small for Galveston , but the few ones working they doing great job .
