We worked with Ariel Gomerez in acquiring our home. He came highly recommended by a dear cousin of mine and since we got in touch with Ariel the process was seamless and timely. We (my husband and I) are expecting in August and wanted to move in prior to giving birth. We were working with my bank when we decided to explore other options and was referred to Silver Financial specifically Ariel. He was able to get us into our home in less than two months as we already had a closing date set. He also got us the same rate we were being offered at a lower cost. Ariel is extremely personable, professional, very accessible, responsive and most of all he is a man of his word. He answered all our questions even when asked 3 or 4 times during the height of our pregnancy. He came highly recommended and we highly recommend him as well. My experience with Silver Fin Capital Group was just prefect. I had Fernando Radillo who helped me refinancing and transferring the title of my house. Fernando was very honest explains the terms of the loan and committed to my case of transferring the title without re-paying some of taxes. He actually did most of the discussions on my behalf with attorneys and the previous bank getting all paperwork done. Need not to mention that he is very reliable and available most of the times even during holidays he used to answer by texts. I did refer my friend who is buying a house in NJ to him and he has a great feed back as well. My sister also is in process of buying house and she will use his office too. Every time I recommend Fernando, I always say I Guaranteed and trust his services based on my experience.

I was connected with Robert Hetherington and Silver Fin via an Internet search. Robert made the mistake of assuming I was an uneducated consumer (instructing me not to seek competitive bids due to "credit score" impact). He was pushy and overly persistent throughout the entire process. When I informed him that I would move forward with another mortgage company, he called several times, sent multiple text messages, and a nasty email stating I wasted his time. Only an uninformed consumer would not shop for and move forward with the most competitive rate. Do yourself a favor and avoid Robert Hetherington and Silver Fin Capital group when seeking a mortgage product
