Dan is quick to respond and willing to answer your questions in timely manner. At the end of the day, the mortgage was approved and completed by the estimated closing date. Unfortunately, I was surprised by a potential rate change if you can make your 20%, which apparently is standard practice across the industry. The back office also did not seem to be on the same page and I got some conflicting information that required a quick turnaround. It seems that there are a couple corporate decisions happening that do affect the front line and I got caught in that a little bit. Overall, it was a positive experience with Dan who responsibly represented his company and tried to make the best with less than ideal circumstances.
