As far rates go they are not to bad. The wait in the drive thru is always at least 10-20 minutes so always plan on taking a long lunch just to get money out especially because the ATM is never working. Inside is even worse!! Never enough employees for how many customers there are. The manager (short spikey haired lady) she never comes and helps even with long lines. She isn’t always very nice to talk to either, and she talks down to you which is very unprofessional. Overall I would avoid this specific Cyprus at all costs!

Worst service I’ve had! Only at this place they need to train people to be polite and friendly not racist bitches, taking her sweet time talking to someone nothing related of whatsoever do your job and stop wasting our time, we had to leave because we had more than an hour waiting!!!
