Well if you have to deposit more than (5-6) $20 or $100 dollar bills go inside (to a human) as the ATM machine will sometimes not register the deposit. Then it will give you recipt saying "To contact you banking instution". Up to you to prove that you deposited the cash. They almost dont belive the paper slip from ATM! Very bad, banking without envelopes! Wish the ATMs still used envelopes here.

I went to this location yesterday to ask questions about how to open a checking and savings account. I met with Bonnie M. and she was FANTASTIC! Answered all my questions, got me set up with a new account, and was knowledgable and kind despite the fact that I was there until after closing. If you are thinking about switching to BECU, do it for the customer service alone!

I get that BECU has good loan programs. I get that they have a wide range of financial services. BUT. You should not have to stand in line an hour to talk to a teller. There is no way i would ever bank there. Every other bank in town has 2 people in line at the most.

Really great customer service. Even though the area is partially sketchy, I feel safe in the parking lot and entrance. ATMs are inside the door, but there is one which is away from the building - be sure to see who is around you when using this one, imho.

My husband and I switched from "Evil Big Bank X" to BECU about two years ago. We have had ZERO problems with BECU. The staff is wonderful and the services are top notch. I have no hesitation to recommend BECU to friends and family.

Very nice staff. The line can get long, but goes pretty quick when they have all the teller windows open. I really enjoy going to the Drive-Thru. Wish they had more locations like this one.

BECU canceled my misplaced debit and printed me out a new one all within 10 minutes. No fee no judgment, all smiles. I love these guys!
