Bad service. Closed on a house in 2015 using Primary Residential/Element Funding and Oliver Title Law. Property taxes collected but nobody ever paid them. Instead a check was sent to the Primary Residential. Almost had lien placed on my house. In 2016, new mortgage company paid late taxes on my behalf almost a year later. After complaining, original mortgage company sent new mortgage company a check but my taxes still remains as having been delinquent for 2015 because I had been, due to their error. After contacting Mrs. Cinde Law, she attempts to put blame on myself and title company when HUD clearly states that 2015 property taxes be paid to Primary Residential. They failed to pay them. Instead they kept a check for themselves at the cost of my record. Who does their accounting? Nobody realized the books never balanced out?? Now I cant get an energy efficiency loan because my property tax records have to be clean. Nobody will address problem, attempt to fix and/or refund me for their errors. Terrible customer service. Terrible service period. Dont do business with them. Imagine almost having a lien put on your house.

Robert McCurdy and his team at PRMI helped my family and I have our slice of heaven. In an industry with nearly infinite choices of who to use and who to trust, I will only deal with “Kelly Mac”. Before my family and I started the process we had so many questions and even more concerns. We were a little nervous about how we were to approach the buying process of a property in this newer higher level for us. And what it would take on our end to make it happen. He and his team fielded every question, addressed every concern and took what was once nervousness about the process into great knowledge and confidence. The online tools that he and his team utilize made the process so straight forward and simple that we never even needed to interrupt our work or personal schedules to make the largest purchase of our lives! All the work was done for us, and it was presented to us in such a way that our 10 year old son could have understood the process. I want to thank him and his team for such great effort and hard work. And we have our HOME now because of them!!!

PRMI was by far the BEST company I have dealt with during my home buying process. I had dealt with several undesirable companies on this (1.5 year) journey, and the moment I began working with Ron and Kathleen it was like the stars aligned. These people truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and my concerns were addressed. I was waiting for a hiccup... an issue.... a mistake.... but there were none. Kathleen made herself completely available at all times. She was expeditious, intelligent, genuine, and kind. Nothing you would normally expect when trying to obtain a mortgage. It was beyond refreshing and comforting to work with PRMI. I must say they are the reason that my home buying process actually was enjoyable. They are a diligent company with employees dedicated to their clients. I closed on my home 35 days after The very first time I saw it. I didn’t even know that was possible. I was shopping around for a flexible mortgage Co. Lowell Thompson was suggested to me by my realtor. I had been pre-approved at a couple lending institutions but figured I may as well give this guy a call. Upon our first conversation with Lowell I knew he was going to easy to work with. He took my call in the early evening, called me back even later and made himself available pretty much any time. What impressed me the most was his quick response time to questions. It may have been an email or a text message or even a call but Lowell was quick to respond throughout the whole process. WE now own a second home and the whole process went smoothly and without incident. I would recommend Primary mortgage again without a second thought.

Buy my home experience with Primary Residential Mortgage was a wonderful experience. Having Zack Lovett by my side made the process so much easier than I expected. He was honest upfront through the whole process. He explained to me everything I would need all the way from finding the house I could afford by pre-qualifying me all the way to signing at closing. Zack and Lindsey were so wonderful through the whole process. I recommended to all my friends and co-workers if they were looking to purchase a home to first meet with Zack and pre-qualify first with Zack and he will guide you in finding the right house for you and your budget. Alison is such an amazing person. She’s there ready to help answer your every answer. She was an all around great person and helped us with whatever we needed, literally at any hour of the day/night. She was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Being a first time home buyer was thought to be hectic, not with Alison! I had a very positive experience with luanne at PRMI. First, the process of being a first time home buyer is overwhelming and stressful, but being self-employed adds another layer of stress to the equation. My process took several months to be approved, but i knew that time frame from the beginning because luanne communicated with me during our initial pre-approval process and continued to keep me informed each step of the way. Although the process took time, my closing date never changed which was so important. I was thankful to have found a great company and would highly recommend them.

Kaley was our contact within Primary Residential Mortgage and she was amazing! She helped us get pre-approved for a loan but encouraged us to look at our budget rather than at the maximum amount we were approved for. She was always available to answer questions via facebook, text, call, email, really any way we wanted to ask a question she was sure to be available. I think she is based out of Salt Lake, but we bought a house in Payson and she gave us service as if she were our next door neighbor. Definitely 5 stars for Kaley!

We had such a great experience with Lily as our mortgage broker -- we were first time buyers so had little idea what we were doing, but Lily made it seem so easy and understandable. She guided us through the process with very simple instructions that made the process almost a breeze, negotiated a good interest rate and was incredibly responsive and professional so that the mortgage phase of our purchase was very low-stress and gave us total confidence right up to the smooth closing process.
