Heidi was terrible help !!! I have been with geico for 7 years and they treated me like they would drop me in a heart beat because I was asking questions because im going thru a divorce so...yeah thanks for ruin my time and experience for me !!! I will go with USAA even tho its 10 dollars more ..but its just the principle that I will get treated with respect and great customer service !!

Calling Geico is the most frustrating place to call. Absolutely the worst answering service I have ever experienced. I dont recommend Geico to anyone. You will not be able to reach anyone if you have a problem. Specifically Geico in Lakeland, FL.
