The Cote Agency and Michele were fantastic with making my families switch to new homeowners, landlord and vehicle insurance as easy as possible. Michele always had a quick response back via email answering all our questions and concerns, and willingness to provide any help needed to transition from our prior insurance company. She was straight forward and made me feel comfortable right away. It was nice to only deal with Michele, instead of talking to multiple people that you had to tell the whole story to multiple times.
