had a dui 5-21-2005 so had to go with a ins broker like cost u less.Anyway been with them almost 11 years and i purchased a new 2015 vehicle called the yuba city branch gave all info and was told call us back we r busy so I did and the lady gave me to her manager who again took all info and said no problem we will take coverage off one vehicle and add new one.I said please fax proof to auto dealer at wich time he said no problem i will take care of it right away!Then i said again please fax to dealer and again gave fax number and new vehicle info as it sounded like he was blowing me off! Sounded like an inexperienced kid! So i took his word as a proffesional ins agent.Big Big mistake! So today (SUNDAY) I go to work as I work at the dealer I purchased the car from and NOTHING no proof of ins nothing,So I call and sacramento office answers same bull so I said if I get in a accident after I was told I am insured I am going to sue the crap out of cost u less! The lady at that time got seroius about getting it handled Today!So there are some cost u less employees willing to work hard for you not some kids worried that it is 30 min before closing on a sat night and say Screw it and go off to party or whatever.Ending this I say DO NOT DO NOT Use cost u less yuba city branch.Bunch of kids who dont give a crap if your life is on the line ins wise! COMPLETE JUNK AT TH YUBA CITY BRANCH!!!!!!

I have never asked for a quote from this company or ever called them for that matter but they call me repeatedly, daily, to either hang up or offer me a quote on auto insurance. I have asked management several times now to have the company stop contacting me yet they still contact me daily. I get calls at all hours of the day and night form them and have been told by the agents that "We are just hitting our quota of outbound calls" making it sound more like a telemarketing firm rather than insurance sales. Their total lack of concern with this has been a great demonstration of their customer service skills.
