We are living in a time when businesses chose to have as little personal contact with its customers as possible. That is not true of the Brian Manning Agency. I recently had a storm related claim. In addition to prompt service from the adjuster, Brian and his staff have contacted me 4 times during this process to insure our claim was being handled to our satisfaction. Brian knows the importance of customer service. He regularly contacts us and offers periodic reviews of our policies to insure our needs are being met. He consistently lets you know that he appreciates your business and is available when needed.

Going in, I was skeptical that I was wasting my time by even listening to the offer, because my perception of American Family was that it was the same stuff everyone else has for more money. But I listened, and in the end, got more insurance for less money than I was scheduled to pay. I just started year 2 with Am Fam and the overall cost did not go up. Needless to say, I have been pleasantly surprised.
