If you are in need of installing a new AC unit, look no further than Harrell King Heating & Air. Their work is professional and efficient. While searching for estimates, they were the only company to go throughout our house, including the attic, taking measurements. Then had a comprehensive estimate to include a computerized model of how much air each room needed. They installed our new unit within the estimated time frame with no disruption to our daily lives. Their technicians take great care to keep your house in order during the installation process, wearing booties to not track dirt in and sweeping up after themselves daily. No worries on being without AC, they provide as many window units necessary to keep you and your family comfy.

Brandon was our technician this last time, and he came on time and with his equipment and boots over his shoes so as not to track the outside in. He came ready to work, not having to sit and eat breakfast and drink coffee as so many workers do. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He went about checking the unit in a quiet and professional manner. When he finished, he brought the paperwork in and we sat and discussed his findings. Everything went smoothly, and I am VERY satisfied with the service rendered by Brandon.
