I had a great experience when coming to this office. The Manager in charge is very friendly and have a lot insurance knowledge. I came in and I was having a hard time understanding my policy and my coverage... However, Jeffrey, the manager, was able to proactively explain in details my policy and ensure I was getting the best quote compare to other insurance offices. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Velox Insurance Doraville if your goal is to find good service and customer satisfaction.

The insurance agent was very nice; However, he was also very slow. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get a policy, and it took 4 hours after i had paid for my policy to receive my paperwork and reciept.
