Scott Foster State Farm agency employs absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff in the industry. I have been a client of the Scott Foster State Farm Agency for over 20 years and have built what I consider to be a family relationship. I have had the pleasure to have worked almost entirely with two special representatives, Freda Cole and Sandy Palmer, who have handled auto and homeowner claims, processed many auto loans thru State Farm Bank and always offered up to date industry leading advice on my family’s insurance needs which include Life and Umbrella policies. I have full confidence in the Scott Foster State Farm Agency and will continue to recommend their services to family, friends and colleagues.

I have been with many insurance companies and as soon as I signed up with "State Farm" Sandy Palmer has been absolutely "AMAZING" to me. There was a few mishaps that had happened and she personally looked into it. If I have a question I could just email Sandy and she will respond within a short time period. I never had that experience before. Another thing I wanted to mention is that I felt comfortable with this company. Other insurance companies like "Progressive, All State & Grange" (to mention the ones that really discriminated against my nationality) whenever something happened they would play the "Race Card". I do not have to worry about that here. I do HIGHLY recommend this "Particular" office with State Farm.
