Another driver violated the safety rules and caused a crash. I called John with Truskett Law about seven (7) months after my car crash. Before I called John the insurance company only offered me $2,800. That did not come close to paying for my medical bills. I was still in pain too. Then I called John, I reached my maximum medical improvement, and John and his team worked hard. The Truskett Law team called me back, kept me informed, and helped me through this insurance company claim. The team at Truskett Law got me out of medical debt – they got the medical bills paid for something I did not cause – I did not ask to get hit by a car! The Truskett Law team prosecuted the safety rule violator – and held him accountable – hopefully deterring the person from driving unsafely. John got me the policy limits for the person that hit me, and he also helped me find the underinsured motorist policy and got my insurance company to pay the policy limits too. I ended up walking away with over three times what I wanted in my pocket. I appreciate the safety attorneys at Truskett Law. If you or a loved one is ever in a wreck, unintentional fall, or other injury case call John asap – do not wait! These folks are excellent trial attorneys and they work hard to get the best result possible. Also – they make the community safer by prosecuting the safety rule violators and holding them accountable and responsible. Someone has to do this because if they don’t – these safety rule violators will keep driving crazy and causing crashes! I consider this a major victory. Don’t risk it call Truskett!
