We hired Princeton Air last month to replace our 20 year old HVAC system. Mark came by right in the window given, even though he had a flat tire along the way. When he got here he took time to listen to me and understand my concerns and desires for the new HVAC system. We spent time walking around the house and property and then he spent a lot of time studying my old system. Then we talked some more and finally was promised being sent 4 proposal options within the day. Again, everything was done as promised. I was given a nice range of options for my new system. I was able to make a quick choice and had the install done shortly thereafter. The installing team we nice and friendly. Paul is a great guy. Again they showed up on time and went about doing their work.They were neat and cleaned up well after the job. My new HVAC system is great. It is so much better than the old one it is hard to describe but simply put it is just much more comfortable in my home now. If you want the job done professionally, on time, on budget and to take advantage of any rebates for installing a high efficiency system then Princeton Air is the way to go. I talked with 2 other companies about this job and in my mind PrincetonAir, Mark and the rest of the team were head and shoulders better than the others.

Post a recent service visit, our duct system began to vibrate in the first floor area of our home. I called Princeton Air on 5/27 and was offered a service visit the next day. As always the Princeton Air Service Representative was cordial and understanding of our situation. After confirming the wall vibration, the service technician, Eric M, remove the panel of the system and discovered that the paper electrical diagram of the system (originally glued to the back of the cover plate) became dislodged and found a new home within the duct which caused the vibration to occur. Eric was very cordial and understanding of our situation and after inspecting the system identified and corrected the problem in 5 minutes. Eric, like all previous service representatives of Princeton Air was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.

Chris is terrific, a first-rate service technician. He came out on a snowy Saturday when the roads were bad, as my pump to get rid of water from the humidifier was running continuously with water starting to collect on the floor. It took awhile to diagnose the problem (it was a blockage in the copper line that ran to the main pipe) but Chris stuck with it until he had it figured out; then he quickly fixed the problem and also installed a new pump. Chris explained everything as he went about his work, so I understood exactly what he was doing and why. Chris is clearly a person who takes great pride in his work and cares about his customers. Princeton Air is fortunate to have him on board--what a tremendous representative of the company.

Our recent experience with Will D was excellent. He called when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him. His arrival was in the exact time frame that the call was scheduled. Will introduced himself, and we told him where the units were. Will started in the basement, he updated us when he was done. Then proceeded to the attic unit and also updated us when the work was done. The job was thorough and timely. We did appreciate the shoe coverings that were worn so that no dirt was tracked into the house. We have been using Princeton Air for quite a while now and are always pleased. It is great to know that they employ such good techs. I have never had a problem with any tech who has come here. Will D was outstanding!

Look no further for your central air conditioning needs. The most important aspect to your new central air system is the installation. The team of Sammy A and Edger S were excellent in all aspects of the removal and install of new Trane Central Air unit. Bravo for a job well done. Chris came to do routine maintenance and found out a problem with the controller board and checked some other issues we were having with condensate removal. He set up a follow up appointment for the replacement that was under warranty. He came back with the new board and installed it. He explained everything he did both for routine maintenance as well as for the repair. He was courteous, friendly and patient, he seemed to be very thorough and methodical in his approach to work. It was a very pleasant experience to meet him. Would definitely request his service again for winter tune-up.

Sean S came to repair the AC on the hottest day of the year. Temp outside with the heat index was over 100 and the attic must have been twice as bad. The unit had still managed to freeze up leaving it unable to be serviced. Sean volunteered to leave and return at the end of his day in hopes the frozen unit would be thawed. Did I mention it was HOT! Anyway, return he did and was able to diagnose and fix the unit in a very timely knowledgable manner. He was professional and courteous and I would highly recommend Sean and Princeton Air. Thanks to Sean we have a cool house!

Princeton Air has been a dependable company for my year-round heating and air conditioning services. Technician Jake T. just did the pre-heating season maintenance for me on 11/3/2015. It was not the first time that Jake came to my house to do the service. He was the technician that Princeton Air sent to my house more than a few time in the past. Jake is experienced and courteous. He does a thorough job. And he is always ready to answer all my questions. In short, he is doing a very good job. I would recommend Jake to other customers without any reservation.

We have been having issues all summer with our system we had Princeton Air install. They have been helpful, but the wait for parts is excruciating. One of the only bright spots through all this has been Eric M. He has been the only technician that has been consistantly on point with diagnosing our problems and getting them fixed the first time. He takes his time and explains what the problem is and how he is going to go about fixing it. He is also friendly and polite. I will be asking for Eric in the future for any more issues that crop up with our system.

My Husband and I received today a presentation at our home by our Princeton Air Residential Comfort Specialist Mark Joseph, discussing the replacement of our complete HVAC System. Mark did a great job, making sure that we understood the technical details and options (how it all worked and fit together), the financial details, and our financing options. Mark was very professional, courteous, helpful, technically and financially competent!. We are now in the final stages of reviewing multiple proposals. It will certainly hard not to pick Mark / Princeton Air.

the entire team did a fantastic job. They had a plan of what needed to be done, and stuck with the plan. There were no issues whatsoever. Also they are all very nice guys and have respect for the house and did their job with no incovenience to the owners. We have done work with priceton air for 23 years, and the work prodcut and service just seems to get better each year. Although we always have good experience with them, the team that came out today, to do an attic replacement in 93 degree heat was fantastic. Thanks to them for job well done

purchased 2 a/c units, 2 furnaces,, humidifiers and a generator from Princeton Air after talking with a few other suppliers. glad I went with them. I can schedule the check ups well in advance on their website and with the service contracts, can get them out here pretty quickly when a problem arises. on the last check up for the a/c unit, tech noticed some oil had leaked and they came out a week later to replace a part...which was under manufacturers warranty. very happy it was noticed and addressed before it turned into a bigger problem.

Great estimate experience. Dennis P. came out exactly when they said he would. After a quick 15 minute inspection of our HVAC system (our system is over 15+ years old and we wanted to upgrade to a more energy efficient one), he had two estimates for me but most importantly he answered all of my questions regarding install, types of furnaces/ACs and what system would be appropriate for our house. Highly recommend giving them a call to see what options are out there for people interested in upgrading their HVAC system!

Tito M was very professional at the yearly HVAC maintainence. Took the time to point out things to look for and let us know what the current status of the system was. Spent time doing all tests methodically and even spent time cleaning out the AC unit sides to ensure good airflow. Always ensured that slipons over his shoes were put before heading inside the house and in general left a feeling of being positvely engaged in the well being of our HVAC system.
