Went TDY and got back today and noticed a large wet spot in my garage ceiling along with small droplets forming. Ask wife what happen and she said Woodall service both outside and inside units. Check the upstairs unit and noticed the floor and rug was soaked and a noticeable crack in the ceiling below. Took the filter out to the upstairs unit and there I found a pic pipe drain pipe not connected and water leaking not in the pan but on the foundation since it was serviced a few weeks ago. Called them and waiting for a technician. He arrived and made the repairs. Hope there will be no mold forming or structural damage. He was apologetic and said someone would give me a call. He was very professional. Thank God I got back early. Hoping this is a isolated incident and not indicative of bad business practices.

Had a difficult experience with this company, multiple service calls (6 for same problem, no charge for the 5 after the first) due to quick misdiagnosis of problems. They did eventually fix the problem. As with any company, be sure to get a quote before any work is done, even if the part is under warrantee, make sure the labor is also covered. After raising an issue with the company, the made an attempt to fix the problem and correct the situation. Overall, this company held up to the other ratings across the internet, it just took a little persistence on my part.

Came out to a house I had for sale to inspect and clean the A/C unit. Unfortunately the power was out when the tech arrived but I was never notified because I live out of town. I now owe them $69 because they never bothered to inform me that the work had no been completed. I had to get another company to perform the work last minute before the sale once I found out.
