We purchased a new system for our home from Service Experts last year. My husband and I obtained three quotes, when we were looking at a new system for our home. Our salesman Cory, took the time to sit down and explain all the options for a new system. The quote was not the least expense or the most expensive. The installers from Service Experts were very courteous and did an excellent job putting in our new HVAC. We also needed our duct work replaced, the installers Tom and Steve worked late into the evening to make sure everything was working right and that my husband and I were satisfied with the quality of their work. I would also like to mention that Cory filed all the forms for the Lennox and FPL rebates for us, and we received both in a timely manner. We also use Service Experts to take care our rental property on a semi-annual contract, which helps save us a little on the service cost. Juan, Jimmy and Anton and the other service techs are all courteous, professional and friendly.

Had new Lennox System installed, Korey Davidson was knowledgeable about the systems sold and was not "high pressure", but i would consider "down to earth", and let me and my family decide. Cesar was the service technician that initially found the problems with the old system, and he told me that it would be better to replace the system, and contacted the office to set up the appointment with Korey the next day. Rolando and Alex were professional. They answered all my questions very well. They also explained the steps in the process before they did them. I would highly recommend this company for an install, as well as for service contracts. From start to finish this is a first rate company that the individuals I dealt with show that they care about their customers. Thank you to everyone involved.

Service Experts matched my best price once my 12 year old Carrier air conditioner failed and I was thrilled to get a quality American-made Lennox system installed the next day. Korey Davidson provided us with tremendous service. Unfortunately, after the service technicians left after installing the unit, there was a leaky pipe that caused some water damage to the garage ceiling and a walk-in closet. We called Service Experts and they sent out a technician immediately to fix the leaky pipe. Korey called me the next day and told me that they would take care of everything, and they did take care of everything beginning that same day. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this company.

First I would like to thank the home comfort specialist Max Martin, for taking the time explaining the complete job from beginning to end, and Also for the persistence of finding the right financing. I would also like to thank the installer Manny Lazo for a great job and his professionalism on making sure everything was installed properly in my home . I would like to thank installer Omar Lucas for also doing an outstanding job and his professionalism. I recommend the trio of Max, Manny, and Omar, if you looking for a home air conditioning unit these are the right guys for the job. Service Experts Is the best around hands down !!!! My AC unite was damaged beyond repair and I needed it replaced ASAP. So I called Service Experts, Max the Home Specialist arrived the same day. He completed a very extensive inspection and provided details of extacly what I needed and got the ball rolling fast. The next day on a Saturday 9 am Service Expert Mike and Omar arrived ready to go and they completed the job with perfection, the Lennox XC 20 which I am totally excited about and explain in detail every step of the way. We have used Service Experts for many, many years. Even though, right now, we are having some problems with our AC unit, they have been here each and every time and fixed it and got us up and going again within no time at all. They are still figuring out the problem, but they are replacing things along the way and not giving up. So what more could we ask for. Ronnie Quinones was my maintenance technician today to clean my AC equipment. He asked if I had any problems and I told him I did twice. Ronnie was very nice and professional. He cleaned out all of the goop that makes your air not run. He also informed me my Blue Lights needed to be replaced which I will take care of. I decided to switch to Service Experts instead of staying where I had been getting my maintenance service twice a year. They were very good. I would always want Ronnie to do it. He is very good. An excellent representative for your company.

Mike Simon and Alex Rodrigues of installing a new system in my condominium. The components were delivered on time by them and the installation took approximately 5 hours beginning to end. Mike is a seasoned veteran and Alex an enthusiastic worker early in his career. Both men were courteous, clean and competent on a very hot day in August. They were the operational end of diagnosis by Joe Rodrigues and sales by Korey Davidson making a team that is hard to beat. Prices were cost effective and more than competitive giving costumer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with the service provided to me this week. I made the appointment 3 weeks ago. The dispatcher, ORLANDO, who took the order, was very professional, effective, and helpful. He sent a technician, JUAN, who also was very professional and did excellent work. Juan had to return yesterday to bring a new transformer that was needed. Both these employees work very hard to please their customers. Congratulations for excellent service.

I just recently purchased a system from Service Experts and the tech that came out to adjust my system Jimmy Mathurin was awesome. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and what the problem was and explained to me he would not leave until the problem was solved. Great job Service Experts and especially to Orlando who went out of his way to track down the parts for our broken a/c unit. On A day when lots of folks needed service Orlando juggled his schedule to work us in and still keep everyone happy !. Lots of A/C companies claim to put the customer first but only Service Experts continues to do this. Any why is that? Well maybe because they have great workers like Orlando.
