I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CRACK BY MY POOL AND WAS NOT SURE WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. AFTER SEVERAL SEARCHES AND DIFFERENT METHODS TO REPAIR, I CAME ACROSS NSQUARE AND SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE. I WAS VISITED BY JOE DAHER WHO WALKED AROUND MY PROPERTY EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL HOW NSQUARE WOULD HELP. AFTER WATCHING THE VIDEOS, UNDERSTANDING HOW THEIR METHOD WAS A BETTER FIT TO MY PROBLEM, I SIGNED UP, GAVE A DEPOSIT AND SCHEDULED THE SERVICE. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, OF MY OWN NEEDS FOR MORE ANSWERS, THE APPOINTMENT ARRIVED AND I WAS GREETED BY SAM MARTIN AND TERRELL GOODMAN. THEY ALSO ANSWERED QUESTIONS, ALLOWED ME TO WATCH AND RECORD THE "HAPS". I WATCHED THE DECK LEVEL, THE CRACK FILLED AND NO LONGER SEE THE ACCUMULATED WATER POCKETS AROUND THE POOL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NSQUARE TO COME OUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR DOUBTS OF WHAT CAN BE DONE AROUND YOUR PROPERTY BEFORE GOING THE LONG ROUTE WITH THE OTHER COMPANIES.

Our original schedule was in September, it happened to be the Friday before Hurricane Irma hit Naples and us on the east coast on Saturday! We were all scrambling around preparing for this strong, fast moving storm and I was very impressed that I was called and told it would be rescheduled and I received a call early the next week after the hurricane. Rebecca kept me informed with each step and Michael was helpful in scheduling as well. Terrell Goodman, the Foreman, was very polite and informative as was his co-worker Jelani James. I watched the whole fascinating process as they delicately raised our pool deck. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, I had expected it to be much more. I would highly recommend this process for any type of foundation or concrete problem.

N Square is a very knowledgeble, professinal company. We had 5 crawl space joists replaced and 30 concretel block "vents", openings covered. From the first contact , to the job estimator to the repair crew, all communications were often and easy to understand. The knowledge of the problems was top notch. Scheduling was as we required. All apointments were met on time. Time, performing the initial assesment and then the job itself, was never a question. All involved seemed to go the extra mile to get the desired result. I thought the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied. This company is highly recommended by me and my wife

Sam and Jamal lifted not only our pool deck, which had sagged 2+ inches along the length of our pool, but our spirits with their professional approach and knowledge of the task at hand. They worked at a steady pace for 6+ hours and achieved excellent results. We recommend their work to anyone who does not want the mess that concrete pumping and mud jacking can cause.
