Cristy, you called to see how I was doing, giving me encouraging and uplifting words, telling me to keep the faith, keeping me updated, calling me when you did not have to...that meant a lot during that time and even now, while awaiting settlement. This is the first time I have used Crumley Roberts as I had 2 Workers Comp claims to deal with; one of the claims just ended and the other is still on-going. Very nice people to work with and the phone appointments were always on time and thorough; always friendly and thoughtful. A representative came to my where I was at to have the paperwork signed to which was very convenient. The only minor complaint I have is there were a few instances where a question or two were posed and an immediate response was not given, had to pose the question(s) again before they were answered. Otherwise, the firm made you feel at ease every step of the way.
