Mr. Saeltzer is an outstanding personal injury lawyer. He represented my teen-aged daughter who had sustained a severe burn. He was very empathetic to her situation, spent a lot of time with us explaining procedures and strategy and was completely accessible when we needed to ask him any questions. He did not give us any false hope about the outcome. He prepared us very well for the depositions and the settlement meeting. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the law, his ability to accurately interpret the intent of the law and his strategy when dealing with the lawyers from the insurance company. His sense of timing and just how far we could push enabled my daughter to recieve a much greater settlement than we had expected or even hoped for, but one she completely deserved. He helped us through the process of figuring out a tax free annuity and connected us with an excellent annuity expert who worked with us to finish the process. I feel my daughter received the best representation possible from Mr. Saeltzer and the Walkup, Melodia, Kelly and Schoenberger Law Firm. I cannot recommend him or the Firm more highly.

A risky surgery went badly wrong although that was totally avoidable, and it severely impacted my life. Given my age of 78, the prospects for the recovery of damages to partially offset suddenly increased needs for extra services and dialysis for the rest of my life were dim at the very least. Then I was fortunate to find the team at this law firm, consisting of Sara the main contact person as well as Melinda, Rima and their assistants Pam and Lily, who worked together to shield me from the methods, distortion of facts and blatantly non-professional conduct of the hospital legal department so that the legal proceedings could proceed on the merits. Sara and the team as a whole most certainly converted a dim future for me to one that is more manageable, and predictably so. No-one can un-ring a bell or guarantee our health and future. But this fine team came as close as one can get to make the remainder of my life liveable.

Mr. Khaldoun Baghdadi represented me in a personal injury case. My circumstance was somewhat of uncharted territories. He and Mr. Richard Schoenberger, stepped out of the box, believed in me and represented me with a very successful outcome. Associate, Mrs. Sara Peters, walked me through depos and other legal issues that were all very foreign to me with utmost respect.. When it came time for mediation, the 3 of them went above and beyond to help me be comfortable both physically and mentally. What impressed me the most throughout the entire process was not only their superb knowledge but the camaraderie that the 3 of them have as a team. I would without a doubt, highly recommend them to anyone.

I am proud to recommend the incredibly capable and effective work of Spencer Pahlke and the rest of the amazing team at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly and Schoenberger. Spencer handled a recent auto accident case for my wife and I that had become a daily source of grief. From the moment he took our case, I never once wondered what to do next or worried--his professionalism, perseverance and thorough manner assured me that he had our best interests in mind and would not rest until he had achieved a very high standard of representation. Honestly, what more can you ask for from your attorney than total piece of mind?

My husband and I were involved in a serious auto crash that left us with physical and emotional injuries. I was reluctant to take legal action against the driver who hit us because I feared it would only compound the trauma of the accident. However, throughout the legal process, Paul Melodia’s rational and sympathetic approach reassured and supported us. We are extremely grateful to him for shepherding our case to a fair settlement and for creating an environment of civility and respect where that resolution was possible.
