"FALSELY ACCUSED" No matter how many stars are available to rate law firms, no number of stars can adequately rate the indescribable top quality services you get when choosing Baker Billick. I had a case that went on for almost two years. We ran into all kinds of obstacles, that would have caused most law firms to throw in the towel!! But Baker Billick!!!! They just dug in and fought harder, putting in countless hours of hard work on my behalf. After being falsely accused of doing a crime in Concord NC, a place I have never been in my life…. I am a free man today because of the hard work of Mrs. Laura Baker and her staff. After not accepting a plea. The D.A. tried to get me sent to prison for life. Mrs. Baker believed in me, fought for me and fought for me as if it was her life on the line….. Words will never explain how grateful I am! End Results!! Baker Billick won the case in a jury trial with the jury rendering a not guilty verdict! In all that’s been said and done nothing can truly explain the great quality service you get when choosing Baker Billick. I truly thank God for them. We had a little girl who was in trouble, my granddaughter. We first contracted the premier law firm in Concord. They never responded to emails, phone calls or even the other sides discovery motions. I quickly fired them and took a chance with Amber Billick. She was instantly on it, sending assistant to go get documents while we were in the office. No Nonsense and we appreciated the recognition of the urgency of our situation. Always got back to us and never let her workload impede her work on our case. She was instrumental in saving a little girls future. Nothing I could say could illustrate how grateful we are to her and her staff for treating our case with the personal relevance showed. Amber and her para legal are horrible! I am appauled at the LOUSY follow up, follow thru and lack of communication ! They did not return phone calls nor emails for weeks at a time or at all, during a very stressful divorce. AMBER provided No response or guidance to specific questions regarding preparation for next steps, arbitrations etc. I will be sure to spread the word that AMBER BILLICK is the last person you would want to represent you in a divorce case!
