Switching insurance Companies with John Simeone from State Farm, made switching all my insurance needs a great customer experience. I was dreading our meeting but knew I needed to switch to insurance companies. John works out at Anytime Fitness in Zimmerman, and my thoughts are, “if this guy takes care of himself, he will surly take good care of my insurance needs”. Still we all take a chance when selecting people to protect our belongings. John set a meeting at my home, made sure I was comfortable with that idea or he would have met me at another location. John arrived for the dreaded meeting of swapping information and forms. I was so impressed with John’s professionalism, knowledge and calm mannerism. John explained my home insurance with terminology I understood. John is also very personable; we talked as if he was a friend I had known for years. This week I had to put Johns Insurance Company to the real test. My vehicle would not go in reverse, my emergency brake components shattered in the wheel drum. I called Johns office and got a knowledgeable employee, he looked up my policy, and gave me the number to roadside service. I called roadside service, and the first question they asked me is “are you safe”, I was impressed. They towed my truck to the nearest service station, within 1 hour. I then received a call from John Simeone , he was checking to see If I was ok, that made me feel important. I would recommend Johns Simeone State Farm Insurance. John is the owner of the State Farm office in St. Louis Park and he will take good care of you. John thanks for the great experiences with State Farm Insurance and thanks for caring.
