I have the great opportunity of writing a review of this agency; why? I have been with them for over 2 years and I appreciate their tendency toward being consistent with follow through. The individuals whom I have spoken with at Ryan Hendrix State Farm, Ashley, Nick, Patty, Bailey, have all been personable, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and willing to follow through with everything I have needed. My last birthday celebration was in February and I received a singing birthday telegram from the Ryan Hendrix group. Even such a seemingly minor thing as a singing birthday telegram, was very much appreciated by me and I want that known publicly. There is not always, in these days, a lot of professionalism and respect for the customer, but Ryan Hendrix and his staff, exhibits such qualities and such is greatly appreciated. Dr. Judith E.
