I have been a member for over 40 years and could not be happier with the Credit Union so the following is picky. The name "Inspirus", who came up with that? Seems like the joke about the camel--the result of being put together by a committee! The new facility in Tukwila is very secure and service is fast but what a cold impersonal place! Dealing with a talking head on a video monitor is a cold but efficient process. I like the quick in and out so I guess that is progress.

i realy like this Bank and all my family loves it , i cant wait for the new branch in lynwood opens , i will recomend this bank if you want low interest rate in your credit card or car loan , good personal comunication with loan department , loves it so far

Great rates on loans and decent network of fee free ATMs for deposit and withdrawal. Only downside is that the physical location is not convenient for my north end location, but it is rare the need. Satisfied customer for almost 20 years.

Very good and prompt service. Low or no fees on accounts. No botched debits/credits to accounts. No fees when using other credit union ATMs. Have been a customer for 20 years - kudos to the outgoing director.

Racial discrimination at its finest! The attitude toward teachers of color was unbelievable - if I had not been there to see it for myself! Who regulates these things??
