We came home to 2 AC units that were dead. We called a couple of companies for quotes but just did not get a good feeling. I called EHS at 8pm to set an appointment for the next day. A live person answered the phone and said "we have someone close finishing a job, he will be there soon". At 9pm Michael O showed up. He looked, listened, and gave us a quote that we though was fair. We confirmed the deal the following morning. By the end of that day the units were installed...BUT...in the process something slid off the plywood in the attic and we now had a hole in our ceiling 25 feet above the floor. The installer said he would take care of it. I was skeptical but tired and happy to have working air so I just said OK. The following day we got a call from a repair man, he came out and fixed the hole. The paint gut came out and painted. The next morning you could tell the paint was a different color. We called Michael, he said "I will take care of it". The next day a painter came out and painted the entire ceiling so the repair was invisible. The company took great care of our new AC units, but even more impressive was the way that they took care of things when something went wrong. Fantastic service by Michael O and the rest of his team.

Efficient Home Solutions recently installed a replacement A/C system for our home. We were familiar with the company because they had come to our home on twice in the past to perform repair our original A/C system that finally gave out. We were impressed with their professionalism on those occasions, and they quoted us the lowest price for the new A/C system. They arrived on the promised day and time, and we were charged the price we were quoted in advance. The system is working very well, especially compared with the 15-year-old A/C it replaced. An inspector with the City of Frisco who came out to approve the job said everything about their installation looked great, both in the attic and the outside the house where the new compressor was installed. He said that because he was familiar with other jobs done by Efficient Home Solutions, he expected to see high quality work .

We had a great experience with Efficient Home Solutions. Their customer service was wonderful from start to finish. I first met with the owner, David, who took great care to answer all of my questions and to teach me about my system. Then, once we moved forward with the work, his install crew was polite, efficient, and detail oriented. They completely cleaned up their (minor) mess to a T and also took time to walk me through everything they did, explaining details and educating me on my new HVAC components. (Wolfgang is great!). I interacted with a few members of their team over the phone in the business office and they were extremely polite and helpful. The owner personally followed up with me to ensure we had an A+ experience, which we did! Thanks EHS!!

I wanted to write a review about this company to thank you all for helping me in my time of need ... I called to see if I could get some over the phone help after my mother messed up settings in my ac....I called five places and no one would give me a word other then how they charged to come out a tech call me and was so weling to help me over the phone with your help I was able to get my ac back on which was on 90 in the house thank u so much customer service is always number one I will recommend u to anyone that need help god bless u

Came home last night and the AC was blowing out heat in the summer. Called EHS from a google search locally and talked to David. David was very helpful and scheduled a visit for the am. Service Engineer Rocky called ahead to verify and showed up on time in the am. He was very professional and was able to help lower costs with some good suggestions. Charged me $325 for a guy to come out and replace the capacitor in 15 minutes. Less than 2 months later and the unit is broken again. They gave me a folder with a card that said "24 Hour Emergency Services - No Extra Charge." I call the line and I just get a "message" taken. They came out promptly the next morning. It turns out the part was bad and they came out and replaced it free of charge. GREAT SERVICE!

WOW!! Incredibly sooooo honest and trustworthy. These guys are really great. Everyone from the salesman to the QC gentleman. The entire process was so painless and easy. After sealing the deal on a Wednesday, the entire system (inside and outside unit) was installed within the next 2 days. Works perfectly and have NO complaints. Believe me, I am the king of posting reviews and this company is awesome.

Our Warranty Company would not replace our old Air Conditioning System, so we called Efficient Home Solutions and they sent a service technician out to our home. He gave us several options to work with, we decided on a New Goodman 13 SEER system, they installed it last Thursday evening and what a difference it has made in our comfort. Thanks EHS.

I had a leak from an AC vent that started late in the evening. Called these guys and I had a FaceTime chat walking me through all the possible causes of the leak. Turns out it was a plumbing issue, and not a HVAC issue, however, the gentleman i spoke with was very helpful and knowledge and responded very quickly to my request.
